What’s happening in Camden property — and beyond
So what’s happening in Camden property prices? We’ve seen value fall very slightly in the last three months: just over 3%, which given the current UK situation isn’t too much to worry about. In fact, prices have risen slightly if you look further back — today, they’re 1.9% higher than they were in March 2020.
Even though UK national prices have risen in the last year, you can see from the figures that London and the South East have seen less price growth. Of course, our region is starting from a pretty strong position to begin with: London’s average house prices remain the most expensive of any region in the UK at an average of £496,000 in December 2020.
