My role at London Residential: As Sales Manager I am proud to have the opportunity to help grow the sales department within this great company. After nearly 25 years in the business, I am still on a mission to provide excellent customer service for all my clients by enabling them to make the right decision for them, fully informed. My responsibilities include launching new properties for sale to the market, leading and guiding my team to achieve their goals and help strengthen the company brand within our market place.
Background: I started out in the property industry in 1996, working for a large corporate estate agency in The New Forest. After 2 years I realised I needed to be in London, I was itching to sell the best that London had to offer and moved here in 1998. Since then I have been able to work in some fantastic areas of London from Blackheath and Lewisham to Marylebone and Mayfair, enabling me to hone my skills as an estate agent and bring a huge depth of experience to this role.
These are a few of my favourite things:
A proud father of four children and partner to an exceptional lady. I am an avid England rugby fan and coach children’s tag rugby on Hampstead heath during the season. Whenever possible my family and I go to our little cottage in south west France which has no TV, no Internet and no mobile phone signal!, but lots of green spaces, fantastic beeches and long hot sunny days, bliss.
