My role at London Residential: I manage the Property Management team and our aim is to provide a high level of service to our Tenants and Landlords, whilst ensuring that our Landlords are educated on the ever changing legislation which affects the industry. Our aim is to provide a hands-on and proactive service delivered by local Property Managers with the long-term best interests of our clients at the forefront of our minds.
Background: I have worked in the industry for over 10 years and I have experienced every issue that a Property Manager can face. Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction is important to me and is far more easily delivered by a hands-on local agent in a market environment where change and adaption is key.
